Exciting News! PSC for Safe Babies (Pregnancy Support Connection) and Healthy Families of Waukesha have merged!! Our new organization, "Safe Babies Healthy Families", is a comprehensive marriage of our existing organizations working to "Ensure safe, healthy babies & children through education, support and resources". Our primary focus is to break the cycle of child abuse, neglect and poverty in our communities. By combining the high degree of excellence achieved by these two agencies, SAFE BABIES HEALTHY FAMILIES has created the capacity and the necessary infrastructure to have an even greater impact throughout the entire Southeastern Wisconsin area.

Our professional case management team have been cross-trained in all areas so that they may provide services from the prenatal period up to a child’s 5th birthday, based on the needs of each individual family and child. This seamless continuum of care is critical to the process of building a trusting relationship with one case manager/one organization, versus having to transfer again and again to various resources for continuation of care. There is significant evidence that those with the highest risk factors are much less likely to “fall between the cracks” when they have a solid and consistent relationship with a single point-person from the start.

Breaking through life-long, challenging patterns of behavior is not easy. It requires a deep level of commitment and dedication from both the client and the care professional. By providing services that are highly customized to meet the individual needs of each family and child, Safe Babies Healthy Families offers a unique, holistic approach to overcome many of the challenges and barriers experienced when trying to achieve sustainable, successful life change.
